Lödige Industries enhances customer experience

Thanks to the full 360 degree view of the fleet’s daily operations, Lödige knows the real-time location of service technicians. As a result technicians can be assigned to ad-hoc repairs in their area, without having to call in their schedules and locations. Service technicians receive a weekly overview of kilometers driven, which is automatically generated from the system. As a result more than 1500 hours of administrative work can be saved annually. The time saved means Lödige can better support its growing number of service clients and further improve the efficiency of the service team.

The track and trace system installation at Lödige was recently featured on RTL Transportwereld as a part of its weekly transmission on new logistics solutions. Lödige Benelux was delighted to talk about its experience and the excellent cooperation with Verizon Connect.
